Thank you for your purchase of a new Janome sewing machine. This comes with our standard two-year warranty covering both parts and labour.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, expendable/consumable parts**, adjustments, misuse, use for commercial/education purposes, accidental damage or any failed attempt at repair, by the customer. A charge will be made where the problem falls outside of the terms of this warranty.

You can extend this to a maximum of 5 years by purchasing one of our extended warranties from below. This will then give you complete peace of mind.

Please remember you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to extend your warranty.

** Expendable parts not covered by this warranty includes needles, needle plates, bobbins, bobbin cases, carbon bushes, springs, hooks, needle threaders, loopers and overlocker knives.
